Whether it's a first service or a 5000-hour interval, each visit includes a full inspection. We supply service kits and oils for all makes and models, providing reliable support tailored to your equipment's specific needs.

Loler / Puwer Inspections

Our certified engineers conduct comprehensive 12-month LOLER and PUWER inspections, meticulously assessing every aspect of your equipment to provide official compliance certificates, detailed and categorized defect reports highlighting any faults or safety risks, and expert maintenance recommendations to ensure your machinery remains safe, legally compliant, and operates efficiently—whether you manage a single item or a large fleet

Diagnostics

At Plantworx, we specialise in fault diagnosis across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. We use multiple software systems for machine diagnostics, which allows our Engineers to quickly identify faults, reduce downtime, and deliver reliable, cost-effective solutions that keep your equipment performing at its best.

Hydraulic Circuit Installations

Welding

Emmisions Control Systems

Emissions control Systems- our skilled Engineers are fully trained in all Emission control including Adblue (Def) systems, Dpf/Doc and Egr systems and NOx reduction. We use our advanced Diagnostic software to identify faults and rectify so machines downtime is kept to a minimum. Our system also allows all forced regenerations so every angle is covered when it comes to Emissions control.
